The Fundació Joan Miró staff wishes to state its adherence to the defense of the Catalan institutions in response to the Spanish Civil Guard’s raids of several Catalan government buildings. This action is a direct attack on democracy, freedom and the rule of law. Without freedom there is no culture, and therefore we invite all workers in the sector to defend our rights and participate actively in the protest rallies that are being held.
